Two LHCDC Building Bought by SBCHC

LOMPOC, Calif. - The Santa Barbara Community Housing Corporation has purchased two Lompoc apartment buildings that were owned by the Lompoc Housing and Community Development Corporation.

An 8 unit building on North T Street was bough for about $270,000 and the SBCHC has put in an additional $100,000 in renovations for the building.

The second unit purchased is an 18 unit building on North E Street. It was bought for $800,000.

The buildings will continue to serve as low-income housing.
