SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - French Hospital Medical Center has named its first Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nurse Executive.
Carla Adams will be responsible for all patient care operations as well as professional services. According to French Hospital, "She will also be instrumental in developing new
clinical approaches as the hospital continues in its modernization efforts and
the expansion of cardiac and women's services programs."
Adams has a BSN from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Penn., and a MSN Degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Adams comes to French Hospital with more than 20 years of clinical experience including leadership roles at both profit and non-profit hospitals.
