Suspect Accused of Murdering Dystiny Myers Pleads Guilty to Murder

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- One of the suspects accused of gagging, killing and burning the body of a girl from Santa Maria has pleaded guilty to first degree counts of murder, conspiracy and kidnapping. Ty Michael Hill was sentenced to life in prison without parole, after a plea bargain with authorities.

According to court documents, Dystiny Myers was beaten, bound, gagged, and hit repeatedly with a baseball bat.

Myers' burned body was found in Santa Margarita.
