SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - One Central Coast woman will celebrate her 105th birthday on January 22 and she's not slowing down.
For the past 40 years, Edythe Kirchmaier has been a volunteer with direct relief international.
Instead of a birthday present or generic birthday wishes for the 105th years, Edythe wants 105,000 birthday wishes on Facebook.
To do that, Direct Relief needs to have 105,000 Facebook fans.
Direct Relief created the largest virtual birthday cake in the world with the Facebook application, Edythe's 105th Birthday Challenge.
