MONTEREY, Calif. -- Monterey County Sheriffs arrested a suspect Sunday night who had two misdemeanor warrants and two felony warrants for his arrest.
Deputies say 30-year old Marino Romero was contacted on a probation search at a residence on San Benito Street in San Lucas. They say, Romero was on formal probation for possession of narcotics. Deputies found a narcotics smoking pipe in the area where he had been standing, and say he was under the influence of narcotics, having admitted to recently using methamphetamine.
Deputies took Romero into custody, and he was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
