
WASHINGTON D.C. -- The U.S. Postal Service has been losing an estimated $25 million a day, and now they're meeting with Congress to see if they can help.
According to Reuters the mail carrier lost almost $16 billion in just the last year because more people are communicating online. The post office said retiree benefit payments are getting smaller because not as many people are using the post office service.
Reuters said the USPS could run out of money in about 9 months.
