SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - A fire broke out in a mobile home in the Laguna Lake Mobile Home Park on Tuesday evening, causing explosions that rocked the whole community.
San Luis Obispo City Fire first responded around 6pm. When they arrived, the Fire Captain says the double wide trailer was fully engulfed in flames, with multiple explosions, and said that the fire was spreading to another trailer.
Fire crews made an aggressive attack to fan the flames and stop the fire from spreading. They found a plethora of butane canisters, but it is not known if drugs were involved.
No injuries were reported, but the cause of the fire is still under investigation. The police department has declared the home a crime scene, and is now working with arson investigators.
