SPOKANE, Wash. -

Gonzaga fans will get one last chance to boo Matthew Dellavedova. The Zags host Saint Mary's Thursday night at The Kennel.

The Gaels guard will make his final appearance in Spokane. And as much as it may pain the Zags to admit it, the Aussie commands respect from his peers.

"He's a great player, he's got his own style, he's very unique and he has a great feel for the game," said Gonzaga guard Kevin Pangos. "Playing against him is fun. He's a tough guy. I want to beat him, that's all. I just want to get that win."

Fans started camping out outside the McCarthey Athletic Center earlier this week. About 20 tents were set up as of Thursday morning. That number is a far cry from what is normally seen before big games, but that is because many students are away on winter break. They don't start classes again until next Monday.

Thursday's game is a late one. It starts at 8 p.m. (PT) to take the late slot on ESPN2.
