Santa Maria Orowheat Lays Off Delivery Drivers

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The Orowheat/Entenmanns Bakery Outlet on Betteravia Street had to layoff several delivery drivers and re-route shipping lines.

Fortunately, the bakery outlet is not closing and is still open for business.

Officials say the economy and falling profits were the main reasons for the shift in personnel.

The bakery outlet has been running for more than ten years in that one location.
