SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Santa Maria Police arrested a man on Tuesday afternoon for allegedly brandishing a weapon at a local business on Monday.
Police arrested Arthur Brown for allegedly stalking and making terrorist threats to a victim at a business on Monday on the 100 Block of West Main Street. When officers arrived at the scene, Brown had fled.
During the course of the investigation, Brown was identified as the suspect. Officers contacted him on Tuesday and took him into custody, close to Roemer and Broadway. He was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail.
