Santa Maria Police Looking for Robbery Suspect

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The search is on for a robbery suspect that police say robbed a local business on Tuesday night.

Police say a suspect entered a business on the 1500 block of South Broadway, close to 7pm on Tuesday night. The suspect then brandished a gun at the clerk and demanded cash.

The suspect took the cash and fled on foot.

Not much is known about the suspect at this time, except that they were wearing dark clothing. The victim was uninjured.
