Armed Robbery Over Marijuana Products

SANTA MARIA - At 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night Santa Maria Police Officers got a call about an armed robbery on E. Cook St.

A white male in his early twenties armed with a handgun confronted an employee of Go Green Compassionate Care Collective.

The suspect demanded two cases full of marijuana products the employee was attempting to deliver to a patient.

The suspect ran away before police got there and is still on the loose. The victim did not get hurt.
