SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - The former head of the Santa Barbara County Pest Control District, who allegedly spend thousands of taxpayer dollars on personal items including Disneyland tickets and pizzas for a super bowl party, may settle before the case reaches trial.
42-year-old Brian Passaro is accused of using the mosquito district's credit card to make all kinds of personal purchases.
Overall, he spent between four and ten thousand dollars.
Passaro's Attorney says his client may settle the case with several restitution payment options, giving back all that he owes.
