Grocery Store Closes After 50 Years in Business

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.- A local grocery store is closing shop after more than 50 years in business. The store SLO Fresh Market on Laurel Lane has announced it's closing its doors.

No word yet on why it is closing, or if it's moving to another location. It's not known how many jobs are affected. Store associates say, it's expected to close around mid-February.
