Korea's National Defense Commission threatened to wage a "full fledged confrontation" against the United States.
The United Nations condemned North Korea on Tuesday, and expanded sanctions for their launch of a long range missile in December. The North Korean government maintains the missile was peaceful, but the United States and other countries claim it was a test for nuclear missiles.
