SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- More legal troubles for "Grease" star John Travolta who is being sued by his former pilot who says he had a "love affair" with the actor.
Court documents show a Santa Barbara judge ruled against Travolta after he tried to move the case out of Santa Barbara County.
Actor John Travolta is being sued by his former pilot named Doug Gotterba who says he was involved in an affair with Travolta for six years while employed by the star.
Gotterba spilled the beans to the National Inquirer and says he received letters from Travolta's lawyers threatening a lawsuit saying he signed a confidentiality clause in his termination agreement.
Gotterba countered by suing the star himself saying he didn't sign a confIdentiality agreement and was free to tell his story anywhere.
The star tried to move the case to LA County because it would be closer to Travolta's witnesses but the judge denied that request.
The case is to decide whether or not a confidentiality agreement exists.
This comes after Travolta's sex scandal in May when Travolta was hit with two other lawsuits by male masseurs claiming the star made sexual advances on them.
