Paso Robles Settles in Excessive Force Lawsuit

PASO ROBLES, Calif. - The city of Paso Robles has decided to settle with a woman who filed a lawsuit against the city, claiming an officer used excessive force.

Rodi Braggs filed a lawsuit, saying an officer used excessive force against her after she was caught stealing from Scolaries in 2010.

The city paid $50,000 dollars for her injuries.

The officer involved, Jeffry Bromby, is no longer with the department.
