FLORIDA- An appeals court in Florida has set aside two convictions that Casey Anthony faced for lying to detectives during her daughters murder investigation, reports the Associated Press.
Anthony was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2011. However, she was convicted of four counts of lying to detectives.
Her attorneys have appealed all of the convictions but so far only two have been overturned. According to CNN, the "additional two convictions on the same counts were upheld by Florida's 5th District Court of Appeal."
When she found out the news, Anthony reportedly told her lawyers, "We keep fighting", reports CNN.
