
WATSONVILLE, Calif. --- 18-year old Roberto Cervantes and two other 16-year olds were arrested for possession of ammunition, a firearm, probation violation and gang enhancements.
It happened Thursday night along the 100 block of Second Street. Police spotted what appeared to be a 14-year old driving a brown Ford Windstar. Investigators said the van matched the description of a vehicle involved in a shooting earlier that day in Pajaro.
Officers said there were three men in the car including the driver. Police pulled over the driver who was 14 and unlicensed and arrested the three other passengers.
Police arrested 18-year old Roberto Cervantes, and two other 16 year olds for possession of shotgun ammunition and a shotgun that was found in the minivan. All three teens face charges of firearm and ammunition violations, probation violations and gang enhancements.
