SANTA MARIA, Calif - CBS News Program "60 Minutes" reports that disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has been given an ultimatum by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency to come clean with using performance enhancing drugs.
The agency has given Armstrong until February 6th to testify under oath that he took the drugs.
If he declines, his lifetime ban from competitive sports will be irreversible.
Last week, Armstrong came clean to Oprah on her O.W.N. Network.
