SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif. - The Santa Clara County Sheriff are investigating a death outside of Morgan Hill Sunday morning just after 3:00 am.
Sheriff's responded to a shots fire call near Oak Valley Road and Sheila Avenue. While responding to the shots fired call, someone living in the area told deputies about a man unconscious and not breathing inside his home.
Deputies located an adult, believed to be in his 30s, and began conducting CPR. EMS was dispatched to the scene to attempt to revive the victim. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, deputies do not know if the death was related to the original shots fired call. Santa Clara County Sheriffs are asking anyone that may have information regarding to the information to contact them at 408-808-4500 or the anonymous tip line at 408-808-4431.
