Man Found in Alleyway After Strongarm Robbery in Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. -- Officers responded to a call about a man lying on the ground with blood on his face. Officers said the 28-year old victim had been robbed by two male suspects.

Investigators said the victim's wallet was stolen. It happened early Friday morning around 5:00 a.m. in the Gonzales Alley on East Alisal Street.

Police said the victim had minor injuries and refused to get medical attention. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
