SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Girls Rock in Santa Barbara is gearing up for their benefit concert, "Requisition." The concert will be Saturday, February 23rd at the Marjorie Luke Theatre. There's going to be music, dancing, a silent auction and raffle.
Featured guests include Meg Myers, a newly signed LA artist who will be performing on stage. Local artists like Technical Difficulties, Jennifer Terran, Kasy Modisette, Jamey Geston and Kate Graves will also be playing at the show.
The concert is being put on to benefit Girls Rock SB. They're a non profit group that empowers young women and youth. They work with girls between 7 and 17 years old. They provide after-school music and education as well as youth summer camps.
Presale tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and children under 12. Tickets at the door are $25 for adults and $15 for students and kids under 12.
