NEW YORK, N.Y. - According to CBS, Hostess has chosen two companys in a joint offer for Twinkies and other treats. Hostess went out of business in November after labor unions did not come to an agreement.
CBS reports that Dean Metropolous & Co. and Apollo Global Management agreed to purchase the famous treats and five bakeries for $410 million, however, a judge has the final approval following an auction.
