Armed Robbery at Salinas Shell Gas Station - KCOY Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo - News

SALINAS, Calif.-- Police are investigating a robbery at the Shell gas station on the 700 block of No. Sanborn.

Police say a Hispanic man, between the ages of 20 and 30, walked into the station around 3:30 this afternoon.

He reportedly pointed a gun at the clerk, who gave him an undisclosed amount of money.

As the suspect was running out of the building, he was hit by a customer driving into the lot.

The suspect limped away and is still on the loose.
