SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The San Luis Obispo Police Department responded to a 911 call about an armed robbery late Thursday night at the Lexington Inn.
Here's what the Police say happened:
On 1/31/13, at approximately 2140 hours, San Luis Obispo Police Department received a 911 call reporting an armed robbery that just occurred at the Lexington Inn.
An unknown male suspect wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask entered the location and approached the front desk clerk. The suspect produced a black semi-auto handgun and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect fled the scene after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash from the clerk. SLOPD officers responded and checked the area. After an extensive search officers were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early twenties, approximately 5'-10", 150 pounds with light brown eyebrows and dark circles under his eyes.
It is unknown if a vehicle was used during this crime and there is currently no suspect vehicle description.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the robbery.
