Fatal Accident Shuts Down Hwy. 129

WATSONVILLE, Calif. - California Highway Patrol is on the scene of a fatal accident that has shut down Highway 129 in both directions between Carlton and Silliman Roads.

California Highway Patrol is reporting a severe backup because cars west of the closure are trying to get through to Siliman at Murphy. They say several vehicles are stopped in the middle of the roadway.

California Highway Patrol isn't releasing any other details at this point.
