CALIFORNIA- A police captain with the Lompoc Police Department who formerly worked for the LAPD was mentioned in the Manifesto belonging to ex-LAPD Officer Christopher Dorner.
There is a statewide manhunt for Dorner after he was accused of killing three people and injuring several other officers, said LAPD.
The suspect released a manifesto that said he was trying to clear his name. He detailed several instances where he believed that he was being bullied by other officers.
Dorner listed Lompoc Police Captain Donald Demming as someone who could verify that Dorner was telling the truth about some of his claims.
