SAN LUIS OBISPO -- At 8:50 a.m. Sunday morning the California Highway Patrol responded to a rollover accident on Highway 1 near the Cuesta College Campus.
Officers say the driver, Sanam Azemoon of Calabasas lost control of the Jeep Wrangler and drove off the road down an embankment rolling the car multiple times.
The three passengers in the back seat were not wearing seatbelts causing two passenger to be ejected and the third backseat passenger to be partially ejected and killed during the accident.
The name of the person killed has not been released because she is a minor , but Officers say she is from Encino.
Alcohol is not suspected as being a factor in this accident.
