WATCH VIDEO: Body Found Near Tree Identified As Missing Castroville Baby

UPDATE: Sheriff Miller just announced that the body that was found is 10 month old Angelle Negron and the suspect has been arrested in Los Angels and flown back to Monterey County.

At this time the details surrounding her death have not been released, an autopsy has been scheduled for Wednesday.

According to Sheriff Miller, they were able to find Angelle's body after Jesus Espinoza told them where she was buried.

CASTROVILLE, Calif- Deputies say while searching for a missing baby last seen February 2nd in Castroville, they found a body near the trunk of a tree at Davis and Market Street in Salinas. They have not confirmed the identity of the body.

There have been some major developments in the search for 10-month-old, Angelle Negron, and the suspect who took her. Earlier today, deputies confirmed they had Jesus Espinoza in custody. According to officials, he was found in Los Angeles and brought back to the Monterey County Jail.

Espinoza is believed to have taken 10-month-old, c, for a routine visit earlier in the month from Castroville. According to the family, he never returned the child.

Angelle's mother told Central Coast News that Espinoza is her boyfriend, and not the baby's father.

Monday, search and rescue crews were in the Castroville area looking for the missing 10-month-old with a cadaver dog.

Sheriff Scott Miller will hold a news conference regarding Angelle Jenisis Negron at 2 pm Tuesday afternoon at the Monterey County Sheriff's Office in Salinas.
