PISMO BEACH, Calif. - it's jail for two burglary suspects who police say were arrested on suspicion of the following, "possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia."
Here is what police say:
"On
Monday, 02/18/2013 at approximately 2241 hours, the Pismo Beach Police
Department was dispatched to the 800 block of Merced Ave. in Pismo Beach on a
report of a suspicious brown/tan Dodge Ram pick-up in the area. It was also
reported that one, maybe two male subjects associated with the above vehicle
were seen walking around the neighborhood, possibly checking car doors.
A
short time later, officers located the above vehicle and an enforcement stop
was conducted. Two male occupants, 22 year old William Campbell of Bakersfield
and 26 year old Cody Boronda of Bakersfield were arrested on suspicion of
possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, Methamphetamine
and drug paraphernalia. Stolen property recovered from the suspect vehicle was
subsequently linked to several recent reported vehicle and residential
burglaries within the Pismo Beach area.
Both suspects were transported and booked at San
Luis Obispo County Jail on the above charges, with bail set at $20,000 on
Campbell and bail set at $25,000 on Boronda."
