Woman Arrested in San Luis Obispo After Dui Roll Over

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - San Luis Obispo Police have arrested 34 year old Jamie Catharine Bartlett of Arroyo Grande on felony drunk driving charges after rolling over her vehicle.

Here is the police report on the crash:

San Luis Obispo Police and Fire Departments received a 911 call reporting a single vehicle roll-over collision at the intersection of Johnson and Orcutt. Responding Police and Fire personnel located a 2009 Bentley resting on its roof with a male and female trapped inside the vehicle. San Luis Obispo City Fire conducted the extrication of both occupants of the vehicle. Both the driver (BARTLETT) and her passenger, a 22 year old resident of San Luis Obispo, were transported to Sierra Vista with minor to moderate injuries.

Investigating officers determined BARTLETT was driving her vehicle while intoxicated and was subsequently arrested for felony DUI causing injuries. After receiving treatment for her injuries, BARTLETT was transported to County Jail where she was booked. Her bail was $100,000.00.
