Santa Cruz, Calif.- A historic surf shop, that got it's start in Santa Cruz is being featured on prime time TV. Friday night at 8pm, Toby Bost, CEO of O'Neill Clothing, will be featured on "Undercover Boss"! The show features a CEO that goes 'undercover' to see how his employees and company's processes work in an attempt to improve things.
O'Neill is one of the largest surf wear and active lifestyle brands on the planet. Bost says this about his management style, "I'd consider myself a hands off manager. There aren't a ton of rules, but the one we take seriously is we wear what we make. And I take it home with me. My kids know the rule very well."
