Hollister, Calif.--On Friday, February 22nd at about 6:00 AM, Hollister Police Department officers assisted the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, State Parole, UNET and the San Benito County Sheriff Office with conducting compliance checks on more than 25 individuals currently on parole within the city limits of Hollister.
During this operation Jessica Drewrey (25) and Katherine Russell (22) were arrested for out of
county warrants.
Frank Stephenson (35), Rudy Miramon (25), Francisco Ruiz (39) and David Ramirez (31) were arrested for being in violation of their Parole Conditions.
Jason Castro (30) was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, committing a felony while out on bail and parole violation.
This operation was a joint effort between state and local law enforcement agencies in a response to the recent rise of violent crimes within the city limits of Hollister. The Hollister Police Department and other state and local law enforcement agencies are committed to working together to help combat gang violence that affects so many innocent individuals on the Central Coast.
