Santa Maria Fire Crews Investigating Home Blaze

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The Santa Maria Fire Department is investigating a home fire that happened Sunday afternoon at N. College Street.

When crews got on scene, they saw the fire was spreading from the garage into the home.

The fire was brought under control in about 30 minutes.

The eight adults and four children who live in the home safely escaped.

No one was hurt.
