SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- Jamba Juice is looking to hire on National Hiring Day, Tuesday March 5, 2013.
Locations across the country, including the one on Betteravia Road in Santa Maria are participating in "Summer Jobs+."
Interviews will be conducted from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to fill summer and/or regular job positions.

Here are the required qualifications according to Jamba Juice:
"Team Member: Must be 18 years of age and have basic computer and data entry
skills. Able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout assigned shift. Ability to
stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift. Ability to be mobile in
walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40ºFto
-10ºF.
Shift Manager: Available to work 25+ hours per week across variable shifts as
assigned weekly. Must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food/retail,
be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. All team member requirements
for lifting, standing, bending, reaching, scooping and mobility in walk-in
refrigerator/freezer apply."
