SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- More evidence was shown Wednesday in the Dystiny Myers murder case. Graphic photos were shown of a small skull that belonged to 15-year-old Dystiny Myers. Dystiny's mother, Aileen Myers could only stand to watch for minutes before she left the room.
The rest of the Myers family stood by as tears rolled down their cheeks as Dr. Alison Galloway shared what her findings were after she looked at Myers skull. "I had three areas that were not fire related," said Galloway. "Can some or all of those fractures have been caused by the victim being struck by a baseball bat?" said the prosecution. Galloway responded, "it is possible that some of them could be."
Even Rhonda Wisto and her son Frank York, the defendants in this case, barely looked up at the gruesome photos.
