SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- On Wednesday the prosecution in the Dystiny Myers murder case showed surveillance video that documents the route in which the defendants reportedly took the night Myers was murdered. Which all allegedly began at Rhonda Wisto's home.
The video shows Ty Hill at the Chevron on Five Cities Drive in Pismo Beach around 3 a.m. A witness said Hill took off his gloves and his hand visibly had blood on it. He then struck up a conversation with the person on duty and went shopping for sunglasses. He even asked the clerk how they looked on him as he continued to act a little strange.
"Nervous, talkative, he did ask me if I had one of those days and I just kind of shrugged my shoulders, he still did some more shopping, he got a flashlight, some sodas and then he came back to the counter and said you know mines going to get better," said Mark Gabel, of the Chevron. Video also showed a police officer walked in the Chevron right after Hill walked out.
More surveillance video was shown of the defendants at a Taco Bell in San Luis Obispo around 4:45 in the morning getting tacos after the murder.
