West Coast Expected To Beef Up Anti-Missile Defenses Against N. Korea

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The United States is expected to beef up its anti-missile defenses along the West Coast in a signal to North Korea, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The move comes amid new threats from North Korea.

According to the LA Times, the U.S. has 26 anti-missile interceptors on the West Coast, with some at Vandenberg Air Force Base, and the plan is to add additional missiles to that stock.
