Lean & agile transformation expert Joseph Flahiff, has been invited to share his experience and knowledge on the benefits and the perils of implementing agile. More and more culture is being seen as the #1 success factor in lean and agile organizational improvement efforts. This is evidenced in the theme for the Scrum Alliance Paris: 2013 conference, "The culture of an organization is one of the key dimensions in understanding how to transform organizations into 'Agile organizations.'
