Courtesy: CBSLOS ANGELES, Calif. - Actress Lindsay Lohan returned to a Los Angeles courtroom Monday morning and agreed to a plea deal in order to avoid a trial in her misdemeanor lying case, CBS Los Angeles reports.
Lohan has agreed to serve 90 days in a rehab facility, perform 30 days of community service, and undergo 18 months of psychotherapy sessions, CBS LA reports.
The actress is accused of lying to police following a June 2012 car accident. According to CBS LA, Lohan said she was not behind the wheel of her car and that her assistant was driving when the vehicle crashed into the back of a dump truck.
