SANTA MARIA, Calif. - A celebration of Judge Ed Bullard's life is planned for this weekend.
It will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge -- 1309 North Bradley Road.
Judge Bullard passed away on March 10 of complications from heart surgery. He was 59.
According to the Santa Barbara County Superior Court, Judge Bullard is survived by his wife, Sandy, and stepdaughter, Cindy.
